Booking Conditions
These Booking Conditions apply to reservation requests submitted through Lifestyles Vacation Villas and Suites.
Lifestyles Vacation Villas and Suites helps guests request vacation stays at Lifestyle Vacation Resort properties in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. All reservation requests are subject to availability, owner/allotment access, resort confirmation, guest eligibility, payment confirmation, and final approval by our reservation specialist.
Submitting a booking request does not automatically confirm a reservation.
Reservation Requests
When you submit a booking request through this website, you are asking us to review your requested villa or suite, travel dates, number of guests, and contact information.
After your request is submitted, David Wright or an authorized reservation representative will review the details and contact you to confirm availability, pricing, guest information, payment instructions, and any resort-specific requirements.
A reservation is not considered confirmed until all required steps are completed, including any required agreement, signature, payment, and written confirmation from Lifestyles Vacation Villas and Suites.
Availability
Availability may change at any time. Because many stays are connected to vacation ownership, timeshare allotments, resort inventory, seasonal demand, cancellations, maintenance, weather events, and resort policies, displayed or requested dates are not guaranteed until confirmed.
We reserve the right to decline, modify, or reschedule a request if the requested property, dates, or accommodations are not available.
E-Signature Confirmation
Some reservations may require electronic review and signature of booking terms, rental terms, authorization forms, guest information forms, or other documents.
By signing electronically, you agree that your electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten signature, to the extent allowed by applicable law. You are responsible for reviewing all information carefully before signing.
Payment
Payment is not collected through a public shopping cart on this website unless specifically stated.
After your booking details are reviewed, we may provide a secure payment link, invoice link, or other approved payment instructions. Payment links may be posted inside your private reservation page or sent directly by an authorized representative.
For your protection, only use payment instructions provided through an official Lifestyles Vacation Villas and Suites communication channel or through your private reservation page on this website.
Your reservation is not confirmed until the required payment, deposit, or balance has been received and verified.
Rates and Fees
Rates may vary based on property type, season, travel dates, guest count, resort rules, promotions, and availability. Any price shown on this website is for general information only unless it is confirmed in writing for your specific reservation.
Unless stated otherwise, rates may not include airfare, airport transfers, tips, local transportation, optional excursions, personal expenses, travel insurance, special requests, resort fees, taxes, or other third-party charges.
Guest Information
You agree that all information submitted through this website is accurate, complete, and submitted by someone legally authorized to make the request.
If you submit information for other guests, you confirm that you have permission to provide that information and that those guests understand the booking terms that may apply to the stay.
Guests may be required to provide names, contact information, identification, travel details, or other information needed to process the stay.
Passports, Entry Requirements, and Travel Documents
All travelers are responsible for having valid passports, identification, visas, travel documents, vaccination records, parental consent documents for minors, and any other documents required by airlines, immigration authorities, the Dominican Republic, or the traveler’s country of departure.
Lifestyles Vacation Villas and Suites is not responsible if a traveler is denied boarding, denied entry, delayed, or unable to travel because of missing, expired, inaccurate, or insufficient documentation.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in and check-out times are subject to the resort’s current rules and may vary by property, season, and reservation type.
Unless confirmed otherwise in writing, guests should expect check-in and check-out requirements to be controlled by the resort.
Early check-in, late check-out, room upgrades, specific room placement, and special requests are not guaranteed unless confirmed by the resort.
Changes, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
Cancellation and change terms may vary depending on the property, dates, resort rules, payment status, and the specific terms agreed to during the booking process.
Requests to change dates, guest names, property type, or stay details must be reviewed and approved. Additional charges may apply.
Weather events, resort maintenance, force majeure events, travel disruptions, airline changes, illness, government restrictions, or other unexpected circumstances may affect availability or the ability to travel. When possible, we may assist with rescheduling options, but refunds, credits, and changes are subject to the specific terms of the reservation and any third-party provider policies.
No-Show Policy
If a guest does not arrive for a confirmed reservation, fails to complete required resort check-in requirements, or is denied check-in due to missing documents or guest-related issues, the reservation may be treated as a no-show. Amounts paid may be non-refundable depending on the confirmed terms of the reservation.
Resort Rules and Guest Conduct
Guests are responsible for following all resort rules, local laws, occupancy limits, check-in requirements, wristband or access rules, guest policies, and conduct standards.
The resort may deny service, remove guests, charge fees, or restrict access if guests violate resort rules, damage property, disturb other guests, provide false information, or fail to comply with resort policies.
Third-Party Services
Some parts of a guest’s trip may involve third-party providers, including resorts, payment processors, transportation providers, airlines, excursion providers, insurance providers, or other vendors.
Lifestyles Vacation Villas and Suites is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, pricing changes, service failures, or policies of third-party providers.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate and updated. However, photos, descriptions, amenities, pricing examples, availability, and resort details may change. Images may be representative and may not show the exact unit assigned.
The website is provided for informational and reservation-request purposes. Final terms are controlled by the written reservation confirmation and any signed agreement.
